It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven . Notes:  1 Peter 3:15 In your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for he hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect When we are dealing with life or death consequences, persuasion becomes an act of love. Eventually the tornados of life and death and suffering, and t ragedy will come our way, and when it does, it will hit like a freight train. And then we start to ask the big questions… What are the apologetics? 1. Why are we here? 2. How did this whole thing happen? 3. What happens after we die? 4. How do I make sense of pain and suffering? 5. What's the purpose of my life? These questions are so important because if we understand the BEGINNING of the story (where we came from) and the END of the story (where we are going)...
