What a Feeling!
My husband and I attended our church's "Working Class" Bible Study today, something we haven't done in quite some time. During the study, both my husband and I felt comfortable enough to reach out to these people we once called family, after all, this IS where our journey began 7 years ago. After we confessed our sins, so to speak, it was evident that these people, this church, loved us and has forgiven us. I can honestly say, something changed in my husband and I today. We are on the road to recovery, on the road back to where we came from, on the road home. I can't express how elated I am that these bonds, these burdens, are now broken. I can't wait to see what the Lord, our God, has in store for me, my husband, our marriage and ultimately our family. Thanks be to God. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and hope. Jeremiah 29:11.
